CONSUMER COMPLAINT BOARD

A consumer who is dissatisfied with the services rendered by a Swedish lawyer may, if no amicable solution can be found and subject to certain conditions as to the value of the complaint and time thereof, etc., submit the complaint to the Consumer Complaint Board (Konsumenttvistnämnden) of the Swedish Bar Association for the boards decision.
